Most nurses and some doctors don't know how to take blood pressure readings and they are getting worse and that is why I researched this and started taking my blood pressure readings about 30 years ago. I started with a manual gauge and a stethoscope, then a mercury one. I've used digital upper arm and wrist. I always got about the same readings looking over about 10 years of readings that I have in Excel. And like the nurse in the video I also make sure the center of the cuff is over the artery. And the hose just like the nurse shows is running it down the center of arm which puts the artery marker on top of the artery. Because of the loose skin and fat on my arms from lifting weights I started having a lot of problems getting accurate readings about a year ago. So now I use a wrist monitor making sure the cuff is in the right place and my arm is positioned at heart level. 2:32 2:32
I tried it for 3 days violently vomiting so threw it away.. tried Simvastatin and it’s led to muscle cramps and persistent muscle damage after quitting it also

I was told to discontinue the use of Amlodipine as it gave hypotension. I was getting extremely dizzy when standing from a sitting position. I would get out of my car and become extremely dizzy for about five or 10 minutes.
I was taken this medication for 4year in the beginning I had no side effect all of a sudden I started to get every side effect there was at first I didn’t think the medication was causing me to feel dizzy lightheaded double eye sight heart palpitations chest pain fatigue constipated about to faint chills legs swollen up because I was on medication for asthma also it got to the point I was going to the hospital every day trying to find out what was going on with me they could not find anything wrong wasn’t able to drive my car anymore because of anxiety getting dizzy under the wheel nervous to be by myself I decided to stop the medication and getting off this medication and everything stopped if you are taken they medication and you begin to feel this way please stop this medication I could not focus couldn’t have fun with my family because I was always lightheaded
This doesn't narrow down why when I get hiccups, they last for days? I don't trust the medical profession anymore anyway!
Use neem leaves paste and aloe vera gel together it's really worj

I did that and it actually works. I don’t have no more hiccups.
You have to have a cold water and you have a drink and you have to breathe when you swallow the water for you to breathe for like five seconds and then the air comes out of your mouth and you keep doing that you don’t have no more

I really wonder how I had so many ancestors who lived into their 90s and several over 100 with one who lived to 108. They had none of these drugs and ate what was produced locally. So why do we need all these drugs now?
A survey in Europe involving 12.8 million people, yes 12.8 million, determined the optimum total cholesterol range to be between 180 to 240 in terms of all reducing all cause mortality. Far higher than the drug company threshold used to push statins. Wake up people!
Thank you... use Vitamin B-12 capsules by Planet ayurveda which is a plant based supplement and helps in improving the deficiency of vitamin B-12.

Can you get Gonorrhoea without having had Intercourse?
How long that pink spottinglast, i got it for second day now.
I have it past 2 days and pink color and spotting and pain cramping
I don't usually have diarrhea OR constipation. It's more like incomplete evacuation, having to go multiple times. I often want to drink something cold to put out what feels like heat in my gut. Anyone else have these symptoms? After a recent colonoscopy, the doctor said, "Looks great," which brought relief as far as anything life-threatening, but I still have symptoms. I realize I've been dealing with it my whole adult life, but now at 62 it's worse.
I used permethrin, ivermectin, Spinosad, tea tree, benzyl benzoate, bleach, vinegar, diatomaceous earth, and bags, boxes and carloads of other stuff for the rash to only come on worse.
I’ve been on statins for 20 years, at 66yo, CAC:0 and ct.a showed “no vessel, disease” .. brilliant. I did notice that over the years my shoulders have been weak and ached when lifting at the gym, I decided to stop taking 10mg resu because I’ve recently upped my exercise level. I run 4mi/day/365 and have zero leg pain , but read about statins affecting mitochondrial efficiency and density so figured I’d give them a break, and shockingly and unexpectedly my shoulder ache has diminished when lifting. I still take 10mg ezetimibe and my ldlc has risen from 1mmol (30mg/dl) to 45mg/dl(1.5mmol/L). I’ll probably go down to 5mg/dl and pulse every other day. Of course, the ache going away may simply be placebo or nocebo (as has been proven many times). I’m a big statin fan and having no soft or hard plaque at 66 is an achievement … no just for heart disease or stroke prevention but also the myriad of disease that come with systemic narrowing of the arteries … vascular dementia / pad / loss of skin elasticity, retinal issue, every part of your body needs blood and get it thru “small vessels” . It would be interesting to see how people with genetically low pcsk9i age compared with us “normal” ldl-r destroyers.
I was put on statins (and other drugs) when I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. I was not consulted on this and never told what my cholesterol levels were. I’ve never bought the cholesterol myth anyway but went along with it. Around this time (this is a few years ago so I don’t recall how close it was to starting statins) I developed an extremely painful shoulder out of nowhere, like a bear was gnawing my arm off. I had not damaged it. I had an x-ray which showed no damage. Few months later, an ultrasound which was inconclusive but the consultant determined that there was tissue degradation. Strong painkillers made it manageable. One day I happened to look at the side effects of some of the drugs I was on and found the muscular pain reference. I stopped taking the statins and the pain went away. Consulted my GP, he said “Oh these are the cheap ones, I’ll put you on a better grade”. So, on with the new ones and the shoulder pain never came back other than being the usual aches & pains of getting older. At the start of this year I started getting really bad neck pain around the base of my skull. I’d had this before but could usually attribute it to overuse of computer or other activity. It was also a bit more intense and didn’t seem to match my activity levels. The pain usually just appeared at full strength, no build up. I remembered my shoulder and stopped the statins. The intense pain also stopped. A week later I took a statin. Within two hours I was in agony. Stopped taking them and won’t be going anywhere near them now. I believe statins actually act as pain amplifiers. On the last batch I had a slight back strain on day one, the next day I could not stand and had to crawl using my arms only. I’ve had back issues before but this was the worst ever. I’m not going to experiment on myself by trying a repeat of this. I have an even lower opinion of these drugs since it became apparent that my wife also suffered from the muscle pain issue. She was put on meds for high blood pressure, which included statins (despite normal cholesterol). Not long after this she was admitted to A&E twice and then an angiogram with suspected cardiac issues, i.e. severe chest pain. No trace of cardiac problems were found but it was suggested that she had severe inflammation in the chest area, e.g. ribs . A short while after this I remembered she was on statins and suggested they might have a role. She stopped taking them months ago and has not suffered any faux cardiac issues. This is too much of a coincidence - two people in the same household on three different versions of a drug having unexplained severe pain issues. In none of these cases was I looking to blame statins but in my job I carry out root cause analysis and I found this cause by proper analysis. I still get the usual aches & pains but I then just think “at least I’m not on statins”. For those saying “scaremongering” - it’s not, and it’s a serious breach of the Hippocratic oath to prescribe drugs that make your patient’s quality of life worse.
just pee alot
